Compensation Note:
- We Trial All Carpenters 1-2 Weeks at a base rate of $32/Hr. (From there we make determination on rate and fit)
- W2 Lead Carpenter can range from $32-$38/Hr.
- Subcontractor Lead Carpenters from $35-40/Hr.
- PTO 10 Days after first 1year (Holidays Paid)
- 401K and Medical Insurance Reimbursement after 1st Year
- Bonuses (Discussed at Interview)

Project Management Systems:
- BuilderTrend
- BuilderTrend will be used for Time Clocks, Daily Logs, Project Info.
Work Hours and Days:
- Start Time on Site is 7:45am to 8:15am
- End Time on site is 3:45pm to 4:45pm
- Lunch is 30min
- Monday Through Fridays
- Saturdays (Need 1 Dedicated per month. It may not be needed but need available)
- Average hours per week are between 40-44 hours
- Holiday Days Paid Time Off

Majestic Home Solutions Lead Carpenters are skilled construction professional who supervises a team to complete carpentry projects on time and to quality standards. They are responsible for project quality, safety, budget, and schedule, while also performing skilled carpentry work themselves. Key duties include coordinating and supervising other carpenters, managing materials, ensuring client communication, and providing guidance to the team. This position DOES work in the Field primarily.

Qualifications:
- 10+ Year in Residential Remodeling
- 4+ Years as a Lead Carpenter
- Understanding in Buildertrend or Similar Program
- All necessary tools to complete work you are skilled in
- Must have reliable work vehicle: Truck, Van, Truck/trailer Combo
- Based on the Skills/Responsibilities below you are able to handle a minimum of 65% (13 of the 20 items below at or close to mastery level)

Based on our Lead Carpenters with higher hourly wages they can tackle and understand 85% plus of the list. Baseline Lead Carpenters general can handle 65% of the list.
- Demolition and Job Prep (Dust Control, Floor and Wall Protection)
- Basement Framing (General Framing and Metal Ceiling Grid)
- Deck Framing
- Drop Ceilings
- Fire blocking and Draft Stop (Both install and understanding)
- Electrical Rough and Finish
- Plumbing Rough and Finish
- HVAC Rough and Finish
- Insulation Batt
- Drywall (Hang, Tape, Mud, Sand, etc.)
- Paint and Stain Work
- LVP Flooring
- Bathroom Tile and Backsplash
- Stacked Stone, Cultured Stone, Brick Work
- Finish Carpentry: Installing Doors, Casing, Base, Crown, Ship Lap
- Finish Carpentry: Cabinet Install and Millwork
- Finish Carpentry: Stair Cases
- Finish Carpentry: Coffered Ceilings, Tray Ceilings, Wainscotting, Advanced Accents
- Finish Carpentry: Shoe, Hardware, Cabinet Hardware, Cabinet Accessories
- Code: General Knowledge of Residential Building Codes along with General Trades Codes
Compensation: $32.00 - $38.00 per hour
